She’s Gold Leadership and Personal Development Program

LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

She’s Brilliant! She’s a Leader! She’s Bold! SHE’S GOLD!

Girls in current grades 6 – 9 join us on a golden discovery through personal development. Program participants will be given tools and resources to navigate challenges that they face and create their own definitions of what it means to be a leader in today’s society.  This year long  program will expose girls to professional and positive role models, provide tools and resources to actively challenge stereotypes, develop leadership skills, and life maps, to plan their future as economically, politically and socially empowered young women.

After all participants in grades 6-8 complete 1-2 leadership trainings they will have access to participate in additional workshops, activities and outings offered through the organization. Girls who complete the program and transition to the 10th grade will be invited to become a Junior Role Model and serve as a peer mentor with exclusive leadership opportunities.

As of now this program is in-person. We will monitor the Governor’s orders, follow all safety procedures and keep all active parents informed on current updates. We will only accept 40 students to participate. Once we reach capacity, registration will close.

THREE COHORTS WILL BE OFFERED EVERY YEAR. MEMBERS CAN ENROLL IN AT LEAST TWO COHORTS. MEMBERS SHOULD PLAN TO REGISTER FOR THE COHORT THAT BEST FITS THEIR SCHEDULE. WE DO NOT EXPECT ALL GIRLS TO PARTICIPATE IN EACH COHORT.
