She’s Gold Leadership and Personal Development Program

SHE’S GOLD LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The She’s Gold Middle School Leadership Program is a dynamic and comprehensive leadership development academy designed specifically for middle school girls. This program aims to empower  girls with the essential skills, values, and mindset required to become confident and effective leaders. Through a series of interactive workshops, reflective activities, and practical exercises, participants will gain a deep understanding of their personal strengths and areas for growth, develop a strong sense of their core values, and learn to navigate the complexities of leadership with integrity and confidence.

  • Self-Discovery and Reflection: Help girls identify and understand their strengths, weaknesses, values, and goals. Encourage introspection to build self-awareness and confidence.
  • Personal Mission Statement: Guide participants in articulating their core values and defining a personal mission statement that reflects their aspirations and purpose.
  • Personal Branding: Teach girls how to cultivate a positive reputation through reliability, integrity, and respectful interactions. Emphasize the importance of aligning behaviors with values.
  • Communication Skills: Develop effective communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation of ideas, and constructive feedback. Enhance public speaking abilities and adaptability to different audiences.
